'Every child will be valued, cared for and excel in our outstanding academy'
‘Strive for Excellence Whilst Caring for All’
At Elsea Park learning comes first. Our vision for each child is that they will work towards their personal best, in a caring atmosphere, which reflects British values and the Christian values of our school. We encourage our pupils to have a very positive self-image and to be confident in their learning.
On Tuesday 6th December, the children in Years 2, 3, 4 and 5 led the School Carol Service in Bourne Abbey Church.
Watched by their parents and carers, the children performed ‘The Christmas Jigsaw’ – a traditional Christmas story that comes to life as a magical Christmas jigsaw is pieced together.
The children acted brilliantly and sang Once in Royal David’s City, Hark the Herald Angel’s Sing, Ding Dong Merrily on High and O Little Town of Bethlehem.
On Friday 9th December the children in Reception and Year 1 joined together for their Nativity performance titled ‘Christmas Counts’. This traditional nativity brought a smile to every single face in a hall full of parents and carers.
What a wonderful start to Christmas for us all!
The children were proud to be awarded with a special certificate, presented to them in their Golden Awards weekly assembly.
